I was attracted to this particular apartment because I liked the large balcony at the front and the fact that it has a pleasant outlook. Although we are part of a modern development there really is nothing in front of us and it is actually a very peaceful place to live. The apartment is cosy in the winter and it feels like a very safe and secure position.
Parking is never an issue and we have our own covered parking space at the back of the building plus there is plenty of parking for our visitors at the front.
We can walk to Bluewater in approximately 15 minutes and there is plenty of outside space to get out for some fresh air.
