For us it was all about the location with this house. This is a lovely road and it is so quiet as it is a cul-de-sac and hardly anybody passes by.
Everything you need is nearby including good local shops, an excellent primary school and a leisure centre and gym all within easy walking distance. It is also a great place to commute from with bus stops nearby for Gravesend town centre and station with high speed links to London.
This house needed updating but that did not faze us as we could see its potential. In the last two years we have refurbished the house from top to bottom including the installation of new double glazed windows and doors.
