We chose this house mainly due to its size and its location as we both needed to use the A2 to get to work and found it very convenient.
Since moving in we have made the loft space bigger to create an en-suite and, in recent times, have had new double glazing fitted and rewired, to NICEIC regulations, the house and garage. We have also had new gas central heating boiler installed, fitted a new kitchen and converted the ground floor bathroom to a shower room.
We have been very happy here for over thirty years as it is a very comfortable house and there is always plenty of room for when we had visitors.
