When I viewed this flat, initially it was its high ceilings, large windows and the kitchen, which is large enough to seat four to six people around the table, that I fell in love with. Then I saw the communal gardens and the garage which is when I knew that I really just had to have this wonderful home.
Since living here I have really come to appreciate the layout of the flat and just what a lovely home it is. In recent times I have redecorated the flat and the communal areas have also been redecorated and have had a new carpet laid.
