This is a lovely maisonette in a very quiet cul-de-sac and you would never know that you were in the heart of the town centre as it is so calm and peaceful here.
The allocated off road parking is directly outside the front door of this maisonette so is very convenient.
There is also a handy outdoor storage cupboard right by the front door which is ideal for tools and works equipment.
It's much better having your own front door as it makes it feel much more private.
I hope that the new owner enjoys living here as much as I have.
