Property description
As you step over the threshold into the good size entrance hall you will notice that this property is just crying out for some love and attention to bring it back to life.
With its spacious living space all that is required is a little imagination to transform it into your dream family home. Many of the rooms have not been modernised and for that reason offer a blank canvas for you to put your own personal stamp upon. With the help of the floor plans you can see that there is plenty of space to turn the downstairs cloakroom into a bath or shower room, creating a second as the main family bathroom is upstairs and will certainly help with the morning rush.
For those of you unfamiliar with the area it is only a skip and a hop from the local shops and amenities. Gravesend town centre is just a short stroll away with its choice of bars, restaurants and, of course, the train station which now benefits from the high speed service whisking you into London in just over twenty minutes.
Surveyors comments: "The property is in poor condition throughout. Parts of the property are constructed in single skin brickwork only. The main roof structure is severely overstressed and liable to collapse. There is extensive evidence of rising and penetrating dampness. The electrical installation is dangerous."

This house has been in our family for over ten years and we have loved it for many reasons. The location was and the size being two of the main reasons.
We have not done much to the property over the years but there is so much potential to open up the reception rooms or, maybe, re-arrange the layout to maximise the space.
We hope that the new owners will be as happy here as we have been over the years.
