It's much better having your own front door as it makes it feel much more private and there is also a huge loft space which give lots of storage.
The location is ideal and although there is no parking, if you did have a car then a parking permit can be obtained from the local council.
There is currently a defective lease of approximately 72 years and the freeholder has so far refused to extend this for me.
