We fell in love with the location, it really is so quiet and peaceful. We benefit from being close to Ilex Way, a local wooded area and have lots of bird life in our garden including goldfinches and a green woodpecker. We wanted a light spacious property which this certainly is and we easily catered for our large family at Christmas. With double glazing throughout and having replaced the boiler last year, expect it to be even more cosy this winter. The garden is fabulous as it gets the sun all day long, it's very secluded with a lovely summer house and a timber work office which is a useful, versatile room for anyone looking to work from home or for a studio etc. We are sure the new owners will enjoy it here as much as we have.
