I have been very happy here and have made many memories that I will cherish. I have loved living in this area - being so close to the beach but not immediately on the front means I am close enough for when the family visit - trips to the beach are a regular occurrence!
The bungalow is very easy to manage and with it being on a corner plot the garden is always in the sun at some point throughout the day. I have upgraded the boiler for the central heating which is very efficient so the next owners will have peace of mind.
