The bungalow comprises three bedrooms, lounge, modern shower room and kitchen whilst the lounge looks over the garden that houses the excellent garden timber chalet that has power, lighting and heating. Parking is made easy here with the driveway easily having two cars off road. A great property in the very sought after village of Godshill. 

OWNERS COMMENT The convenient location and parking for two cars initially drew us to the bungalow, and when we saw the size of the garden and the woodland behind we were already planning on moving in!! The size of the property inside was also right for us at the time, as was the location, as being in the village centre was handy for daily needs.



As time has gone by we have come to realise that we now require something a little smaller with less garden, but it will be with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our home of the last seven years.
