Although in recent years we have let the house out, it was our former home and a very happy one at that. We loved the size and space it offered, you could get lost in it and we never got in each others way.
The swimming pool at the bottom of the garden has given us many happy memories over the years and although now in a state of disrepair, I would urge any new buyer to reinstate it, so they can enjoy it as much as we did.
Over the years we have also replaced the double glazing, kitchen, boiler and re-decorated making it a lovely family home.
Now that the tenant is moving on it is time for us to sell and for someone else to make it there home.
