When I was looking to buy 3 years ago I viewed several Victorian terraced houses that left me cold. As soon as I viewed this one I knew that I had found my new home.

I loved the feel of the road, it was so much better than anything else I had seen and so convenient. It has proved to be a good decision as I have loved living here.

Although it was in good order, when I bought it I have made several improvements including installing new windows, new boiler, floor coverings and re-decorated.

It is now time for me to move on and for someone else to make it there home.
