When I was looking to buy 7 years ago I did not want an older style Victorian back street terrace house so this flat was perfect. Being relatively modern it offered the low maintenance aspect I was looking for and the location was so much more pleasant than anywhere else I had seen.

I have decorated the flat to suit my taste. The biggest asset, however, is the parking spaces which I would not have got on an older style house.

I have really enjoyed living here and it has proved to be a great first home, but it is now time for me to move on and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as I have.
