Property description

Whether you are a first time buyer, family or buy-to-let investor, this Victorian terraced house should appeal to you all. From the exterior it may look like any other but once inside it will reveal itself to be somewhat larger than the average house of its type.

Being 14ft wide and with high ceilings you really get a sense of space, making others feel claustrophobic by comparison. However, it is not only the space that will impress as its condition and presentation also is of a high standard. The contemporary black and white well fitted kitchen will make cooking a pleasure rather than a chore, which also comes with integral oven, hob and cooker hood. With modern bathroom suite, gas central heating, good decor, its all ready been done for you so you can move straight into it with no need for any additional major expenditure.

Outside you will also find a large enclosed garden, which you will be able to admire, whilst relaxing on your decked area.

The location is also great as it is only a short walk to the High Street with plenty of shops sports centre for the fitness fan and main line station for the commuter, which can get you into London in 45 to 50 minutes.

This house has lots to offer and should be top of your viewing list.

What the Owner says:

When I was looking to buy 7 years ago I knew that this was the one as soon as I walked through the front door. It offered so much more space than anything else I had viewed. It was also in really good condition but I have made some improvements in my time here, including re-fitting the kitchen, re-vamping the bathroom, decorating and insulating the loft. We love the location as we are far enough away from the High Street, so that we don't feel right on top of things, but close enough for it to be convenient. Road access is also great to the motorways. There is lots to do in the area, including The Dockside Outlet Centre, just down the road, where we often go to watch a film at the cinema, enjoy the bars and restaurants and for some retail therapy.
