Property description

This may look like any other flat fronted Victorian terraced house from the front but don't be fooled.

As once inside you will discover that it offers far more space than you would imagine.

Laid out over 3 floors there is plenty of room for the whole family to have their own space and not get under each others feet. In addition to the 3 double bedrooms there is also a cellar room for you to utilise as you see fit. The layout also gives you versatility as to how you utilise the space.

With double glazing, central heating, modern kitchen and bathroom it is ready for you to move in. Outside the "suntrap garden" provides a lovely area for a barbecue or for the kids to play.

If you like the convenience of having everything on your doorstep then you will love the fact that it is only a 1/4 of a mile to the High Street, with a good range of shops complemented by a busy market on a Saturday and Monday, and only 1/2 a mile from the Station. So if you commute to London you can jump on a train and be there within 40 - 45 minutes.

For the sporty types Medway Park Leisure Centre offers a wide range of facilities. The area also offers schools for all ages along with colleges and universities. Medway Maritime Hospital is also situated in Gillingham.

What the Owner says:

When I first viewed the house 10 years ago I was amazed at how big it was inside compared to everything else that I had viewed. I also loved the layout and had a really good feel about it. I have made numerous improvements over the years including replacing the bathroom, decorating, installing double glazing to the front, damp proofing the cellar and making it into a useable space and replacing the bathroom roof.

I have found it always to be a quiet and pleasant place to live and its central location has been a real asset.
