When I spotted this property I knew that with the close proximity to the beach it would be good for doing holiday lets.

However, after a while it turned into long term rental and now I feel it’s time for someone else to enjoy this lovely building - easy to maintain and look after and located in a quiet spot - there is nothing not to like about it.
