Our Fees, Administration Fee £240 inclusive of VAT, Referencing Fee £120 inclusive of VAT per person 18 yrs and over, as named on the tenancy agreement.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL THESE FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND THAT THE ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR TENANTS COVERS ALL COSTS, APART FROM THE ACTUAL RENT DUE DURING THE TENANCY & ANY OTHER COST QUOTED WITHIN THE TENANCY AGREEMENT.
