From the Kivells office Liskeard, take the A38 East towards Saltash passing through the village of Tideford and Landrake. After passing through Notter Bridge the road rises up to a cross roads known as Stoketon Cross. Turn Left until you join the A388 to Callington. Proceed along this road passing through Hatt, until you see a sign to Cargreen on your right hand side. Take this turning and then the next right which is also marked Cargreen. Follow the country lane and signposted will be another sign that says Turn left to Cargreen. Follow this road down through the village and the property can be found at the end close to the river on your right hand side.
