Property description
Just a short commute to Chichester city centre and a stones throw from the local shops, this perfect family home is set in a very peaceful cul-de-sac with play park for young families and a great sense of community. Arundel is equidistant and has an excellent train service (1.5 hours) to London Victoria.
Inside you will find a spacious and light interior. As you walk through the door it has a very warm feel. Downstairs has a handy cloakroom and there is plenty of room to entertain family and friends. With a large lounge and separate dining room and a large kitchen/breakfast room, with plenty of workspace and a fully tiled floor plus granite worktops. The kitchen also has all the integrated appliances you would need. Not forgetting the bonus of having a conservatory to relax with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the garden. There is also a door from the house directly to the garage, which is large enough to split into a utility space (subject to planning consent).
Upstairs the great sense of space continues, with three double bedrooms and a generous size fourth bedroom that could also be used as a study. There is a family bathroom and an en suite to the master bedroom.
The garden has many shrubs and trees with hard and soft landscaping, and is well secluded.
This fantastic home is offered for sale with many fixtures included.
What the Owner says:
We bought the property when it was first built in 2001. It has been a very pleasant place to live and great to raise a family in. The location is brilliant and ideal for commuting either way along the coast.
We have really looked after the property and feel any new owners could move straight in. The reception rooms and kitchen are very large and there is a possibility to open up the rooms to those who love that open plan feel.
We plan to downsize and therefore are selling our home with no forward chain.
