We have lived here for about 15 years. We were originally attracted to the plot size as we are keen gardeners. It is so peaceful living here and we have wonderful walks over the Downs to Cissbury Ring.
Over the years we have updated the property and most recently we have put in PV solar panels which gives us a yearly income of approximately £1200 and, of course, free electricity for part of the day.
We will be sad to leave but as we are getting older we want to move nearer to our daughter.
We have been so happy living here and wish we could just pick up our bungalow and move it with us!
