Deposit
The deposit is normally the same as one months rental amount. All deposits are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service. 247 does not keep any bonds.

Admin fee
There is a set Admin fee of £150 per property based on 2 adults and 2 children. Further £55 is for each person over 18. Licence fees for hmo/rooms are set at £100 per person. These are none refundable fees.

Rent
All rents are strictly paid one month in advance via standing order.

Outside
pets.
In some cases, with property owner's permission pets are accepted however a further £300 cleaning charge is taken upfront for the professional cleaning of all carpets when the tenancy is finished.

Viewings
Please email or ring to book a viewing early. 247 Will always ring potential tenants on the morning of the viewing to confirm the appointment. 247 will not keep any appointment without same day confirmation of the viewing.
