As a first time purchaser, this apartment was, and is, perfect for me. So central for everything, you really do not need a car - supermarkets, banks etc are all on the doorstep.

Although it is so central it does not feel like that at home, being tucked away from Preston Street and being a top floor apartment, it is nice and quiet.

I will be sad to leave here but I hope new owners enjoy it as much as I have.
