We were very lucky to be one of the first people to buy on this development back in 2006. This meant that we could take our pick of which house we wanted and we knew that this one was the right one for us as soon as we saw it. We liked that our cul-de-sac had a 'mews' feel to it, offering seclusion.
Although the house is not very old, we have still strived to improve it by regular maintenance, which this year included a mix of new carpet and laminate flooring throughout. We have really loved living here and I hope the new owners will enjoy it just as much as us.
