At the time I purchased the flat here there were a number I could have chosen as the development was under construction but this one stood out. The extra light made a lot of difference for me and it had the added benefit of a nice aspect too.

Being very busy with work, this as a base was perfect with very little to do that would take up my free time; although, being house proud, I made some simple changes to make it "home".

The gardens and communal hallways are always kept nice and clean; a point which all my friends mention when they visit.
