After many happy years here it is quite sad to consider leaving but it is also the start of a new chapter for me.

Everyone that has ever visited here has commented on how large the house is and that you do not get a full sense of this from the front. Although it is large enough, there is lots of scope to extend and over the years, I have thought about most of them but being here on my own, it was hard to justify but for a larger family - perfect!

I sincerely wish new owners all the happiness for a long, if not longer, time than I have had here.
