When we first viewed the property 37 years ago we fell in love with it, first the garden and then the house. The location of the property was perfect for us we knew that the area would be idyllic and we knew the area very well, and we were keen to stay locally due to the great access that we enjoyed to the major road network.

It is sad that the reason we purchased the property is now the reason for our decision to part with it. The garden is such a great size and has provided us with such idyllic summers but it has become too difficult and large for us to now maintain.
