Property description

The hub of this home is the stunning kitchen/dining area and the current owners have spared no expense in this room. The Luxore Quartz work surfaces and Neff appliances add a touch of class. When it comes to sitting down to eat you are spoilt for choice, you can either sit in the bay window in the kitchen area, which has lovely views over the garden, or for more formal dining there is a separate dining room.

A country home would not be complete without a fireplace and the current owners have recently installed a wood burning stove, which will be the perfect place to warm you up after a long walk in the surrounding countryside.

When you venture upstairs this is where this home really excels, as bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 all enjoy the most amazing views over the surrounding countryside and on a clear day you can see all the way across to France. You can just imagine waking up here and having to pinch yourself to make sure you are not dreaming, as this is a view you would normally associate with being on holiday.

If you are a keen gardener this 0.423 acre plot will be heaven for you, with its beautiful lawns and lovely flower beds. Tucked away at the bottom of the garden, there is a lovely kitchen garden with a selection of fruit trees, soft fruit bushes and a greenhouse, giving you somewhere to start your seedlings off.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here for five very happy years and in that short time we have done an awful lot of work to our beautiful home. The garage was in extremely bad condition so we had it rebuilt and it now incorporates a workshop area as well. We re-fitted the kitchen and utility areas, plus all of the bathrooms and cloakrooms. We also added a porch on the front of the house to help keep us nice and snug in the winter months.

We never intended to sell so soon, however our priorities have changed and we want to spend more time with our family, so we are looking to relocate towards Eastbourne.
