I was born in this area and have always loved it. The close proximity to Epsom Downs was a huge bonus as it's lovely to enjoy this rural area and fantastic surrounding countryside, especially during summer! It's very handy having Tattenham Corner so close by, it means we can dine out and leave the car at home. If we fancy a trip up to town we just jump on the train at Tattenham Corner just a few minutes’ walk away, and we are only about an hour away from Brighton by car.
We love our garden, have seen wood peckers, squirrels, and various other wildlife.
We will be sorry to leave this lovely home and will miss the many wonderful sunsets we have been privileged with, but it is now time to up-size with my husband.
