We wanted somewhere where I could commute into London easily that would give us more space than we could afford in London. The size of the garden is stunning. So close to London it is difficult to buy so much land for the price. After a busy day in the City it is amazing to have such a wonderful green space, particularly in the summer months. You really feel like you are in the countryside, it is very calming. The house is perfect for a growing family. There is potential to add more value and extend to the side and convert the loft. My neighbour has done both. Transport links into London are great. Epsom Downs station is about a 3 minute walk and Epsom, Ewell East, Sutton and Tattenham Corner within striking distance with links into Clapham Junction, Victoria, Waterloo and London Bridge.
