At the time, this was the newest block available to view, and in comparison to the older units around, this was massive.

The communal lounge was of interest, and enabled friendships to be formed, with lots of things going on, being promoted on the notice board, close by, and if you want to take part, you do, otherwise you keep yourself, to yourself.

Emsworth, with its many attractions, is within comfortable walking distance, and even quicker with a buggy.

The railway station is even closer than the shops!
