OUR COMMENTS This large, grand, detached house would make a perfect home for any young growing family looking for their 'forever home. The house comes with two large reception rooms which is perfect for entertaining guests and eating dinner together as a family after school and work is done for the day.
There is also the added bonus here of a cloakroom, utility room, and shower cubicle on the ground floor which is handy for when you come back indoors wet and muddy from keeping the garden up-together. Parking aplenty is on offer here which is great for when you come home laden with shopping bags!! Locally you are within easy reach of the town centre, schools, Tesco and Co-op supermarkets, the beach, and the train station to take you to the 'Fastcat' of 'Hovercraft'.
OWNERS COMMENTS The size of the house, along with the distance to the town centre made this a very appealing choice for me. It was much larger than anything that I saw, and the fact the house had so much parking was an added bonus, especially for when friends a family come to visit.
The reception rooms were a great size, and having a separate dining room was a must for me, along with having an extra wc and shower room. This house really did have everything I wanted, however I now want to move nearer family.
