The property overlooks the park and is situated a few minutes walk from the popular Gloucester Road, with its shops and cafes. The resident landlady is a qualified teacher of English as a foreign language, she and her husband and family have over 20 years experience welcoming and hosting students from overseas. The rent is £140 per week per room, the rooms are catered and the rent includes breakfast and a cooked evening meal. Half rent is payable during University holidays. The rent is inclusive of all bills, plus there is use of a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are also provided and washed weekly. Rooms, bathroom and communal areas are cleaned weekly at no extra charge. Both rooms have WiFi, a TV and DVD player and use of a shared fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
