It hasn't been an easy decision to sell our home. We have been very happy here for over 4 years, but our family is growing and we are looking to move to a larger house. It has been the perfect first home, clearly planned for convenience with the open plan living room and kitchen and the combi boiler which means no waiting for hot water. The rooms are all good sizes, but the master bedroom in particular is brilliant. East Hoathly may be a quiet village but there is always something going on, from the Boxing Day pram race to the spectacular firework night in November. They also have plenty of sports facilities at the nearby park, including tennis courts and a local football team. We've also enjoyed being only a short distance away from Uckfield, Lewes and Eastbourne.
