One of the main attractions of this property for me was the location; it’s so quiet and yet close to the town. I think I will miss the garden the most as it is a sun trap and I often spend many afternoons sat out reading a book and with the view out over the green I often feel like I’m in the country. The lounge/diner is always bright and welcoming and I spend many evenings or dreary weekends here and with patio doors at one end and the floor to ceiling window at the other it is always so bright no matter what the weather and also gives a great view over the gardens. One of the other biggest selling points for me was having a garage and off road parking, something a lot of other houses I looked at didn’t offer at the time.
