We lived in the same area and we were in a smaller terraced home and we weren't keen to leave, but needed a bigger house. We liked the position of this house and how close it was to the school and the fact that we could park more than a couple of cars.
We'll miss the seclusion of the garden (it's a sun trap too!), the position and convenience of living here as well as being able to walk everywhere.
