We moved across to the area from Surrey as East Grinstead is a convenient commute to work in London. It is within walking distance to the town centre and station and is also well located for a short drive to Dormans Station. We had looked at a number of houses in the town centre and the villages surrounding East Grinstead and found that this house was more spacious for a family. It is conveniently located for nearby good schools, parks and the leisure centre and is situated in a particularly attractive part of the town. Since moving in, we have added a conservatory and porch as well as decorating throughout. We'll miss the size of the rooms. It's been a great family house. The garden is enclosed and secluded and the road is a no through road so we have always felt safe here.
