Having been here for 12 years the one thing I think I will miss the most is the convenience of the location as I can easily walk to the town and station. The parking is a real benefit as well especially when I have had guests come to stay as there is plenty of space for them. On the subject of guests the ground floor layout is the perfect venue as it is such a sociable space and it means when I’m in the kitchen I don’t become the social outcast and can keep involved with the conversations. I added the garden room extension since moving in and it is the ideal space to read the morning paper.
