When we came to view the house, we were immediately struck by the generous proportions and the wonderful way in which the rooms seamlessly flowed. The fact it was situated in a quiet gated development, yet within an easy walk of East Grinstead town centre and train station, was ideal for our social and commuting needs and the quality of the build and finish that Berkeley Homes are renowned for, meant it had to be the house for us! Since moving in, we have only had to make a few subtle changes such as the addition of bespoke shutters and blinds and tastefully decorating the house throughout.
