The location was the main attraction for me and when I first drove into the square I immediately knew this was the property for me. After years of living here I still can’t believe how quiet it is especially when you consider how close we are to the town centre and train station. For families you are in the catchment area for some of the best primary and secondary schools, which again are all within a short stroll of the front door. The square is also a safe and secure place for little ones to play. There is a real community feel within the square which adds to the sense of security. The layout is very flexible and versatile and can lend itself to many different formats. The side access to the garden has made life easier over the years as most o0f the neighbours have to traipse through the house.
