We bought this property roughly five to six years ago and were attracted mainly by the size of all four bedrooms and the layout over the three floors - it just works really well as a family home.
It was also highly convenient for our jobs at the time which involved a lot of travelling back and forth to the mainland, as were ideally located between two car ferry operators “Red funnel” at East Cowes and “Wightlink” at nearby Fishbourne. When you don’t need the car to travel, it’s just as easy to walk over to Cowes via the chain ferry and get on the Red jet to Southampton.
