We have lived happily here for 17 and a half years. What attracted us to the property details years ago was its on the two most sought after roads in East Cowes and was so close to the beach for our kids to enjoy. We walked into the house; saw the potential to turn this into our beautiful home. Even now there is still room to develop our house (with relevant planning permission). We will be really sad to leave our home and if we could pick it up and take it with us we would but we really hope the new owners will love it as much as we have over the years.
