I have owned this bungalow since 2009 and my intention was to build a larger property on the plot.

I did get planning permission for a three bedroom detached chalet style house, which consisted of a kitchen/dining area, lounge, study, downstairs shower room, utility room on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs, plus an integral garage. Unfortunately this planning permission has now expired, but a copy of all the planning documents can be seen by request.
