I have lived here since 2000 and I have loved living near to the seaside. When I was looking for a home, I wanted to be near to both the sea and to public transport. This is ideal as both the bus stop and sea wall are at the top of the road. The local bus service is great.
Being almost half way between both Hythe and Dymchurch High Streets, I have found shopping quite easy with plenty of choice.
