Property description

I talk to many buyers every day and many dream of living by the sea; if you are like minded we could have the home for you, as it is only a short walk away from Dymchurch’s sandy beach. You can jog, run or even cycle along the seafront, and I would certainly recommend taking an early morning stroll along the beach at low tide to watch the beautiful sunrise.

There will be no need to worry about space for entertaining as this house has a large ancillary area which is currently used as the kitchen/dining area; this is a fantastic place for the whole family to get together for a roast dinner.

I know that some people struggle with mornings, well hopefully this home has got the remedy for that as the owners have just installed a pump assisted shower, which should help to wash away the cobwebs first thing in the morning.

If you appreciate alfresco dining, then you are going to love the gardens as they catch the sun first thing in the morning, making this the ideal place to sit and enjoy breakfast in the summer months, whilst the sun gently warms you up. What a lovely way to start your day.

Getting around should never be a chore as the bus stop is a short walk away, giving you easy access to New Romney and Hythe. If you need to venture further afield, the M20 motorway is only a short drive away.

What the Owner says:

We have done lots of work since we have been here. When we moved in, there was on old conservatory on the back; we had this bricked up, had an insulated roof fitted and relocated the kitchen/diner into here. The council advised us that we did not need planning permission for this conversion.

The house didn’t originally have central heating, it just had storage heaters, so we had them all removed and gas central heating installed, which we have found far better than the old storage heaters.
