Our family have owned this house for 32 years and we have always felt this is a safe area to live in. What we have loved most is the fact that you can get from our house to the beach without having to cross any main roads, which has given us peace of mind when the children have gone off to play.

The house has been very easy to maintain and in recent years we have had cavity wall insulation installed, replaced the windows and had a new boiler fitted, so hopefully the next owners shouldn’t have too much work to do. This has been a fantastic family home and we would dearly love another family to enjoy living here as much as we have.
