I have lived here for many happy years and the location has been perfect for me. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the local bus stop, where I can travel into New Romney and then onto Rye, or in the opposite direction, I can travel to Hythe and then onto Folkestone. I also drive around the county quite a lot so having easy access to the M20 has been great.

I know that when people buy their next home a big consideration is what the neighbours are going to be like. Well you will be pleased to know that mine have become very good friends and I will be very sorry to say ‘goodbye’ to them. I am only moving to be closer to my family and I hope that the new owner will enjoy my home as much as I have.
