I was previously living in Canterbury and wanted to move to Dover so I could be closer to family. I had looked at a number of properties before purchasing this apartment.
What struck me about this home was the location with all amenities within walking distance. I can be in the town centre in about 5 minutes with all the shops to hand.
I have lived here since 2007 and in my time here I have completely transformed the apartment and installed a new kitchen, bathroom, carpets and decorated throughout. I have also installed a new electric central heating system in the last year, which I have found extremely efficient.
