This is a very quiet road and there is not much traffic passing through but you are still close enough to the town for all the shops, should you need them and being to close to the train station has been helpful to me as I need to pop to London regularly. The location reduces the travelling time which I found really helpful.
This would be a good investment property for someone as the house is in good condition so there is nothing to do except change the decor to your own taste and rent it out.
