When we bought this house we bought it because it was so close to the continent and also nearby transport links. We love having breakfast out on the patio in the summer and we also love living by the sea.
Since we have lived here we have done a lot to the house including installing a new boiler, having the house re-wired and new plumbing, stripped the floors back to the boards and some decorating but it does need finishing.
The allotment directly to the side of the house is used by ourselves at a very reasonable cost and has given us fresh vegetables throughout the year and also allowed us to get to know our neighbours. This will have to be applied for through Dover Town Council.
