When I was looking to down size this home was perfect for me, not just because it was beautiful throughout and had everything I could want, but also because I had family in the area and I previously lived nearby.

I love the fact that I can just walk anywhere from here, whether its into town for a coffee or just to do some shopping, its all on my doorstep. I also like the fact that the beach is nearby and the continent is so close too.

The neighbours are all lovely and there is such a great community spirit.
